PTLLS 6302 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector


Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who desires to teach to one or more individuals whether it is delivered in a classroom or at a business premises. PTLLS stands for ‘Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector’ and it is a required qualification that allows you to pass the necessary regulation to teach.


Entry Requirements

Proof of identification (passport or drivers licence) is a requirement along with proof of address. Qualifications or experience in your skill is needed to partake in this


Assessment and Certification

You will be assessed on two written assignments and one practical mini-class assignment. Upon course completion the PTLLS 6302 certificate will be issued giving you the opportunity to teach in the post-compulsory education sector.

More about this course

On our PTLLS course you will learn about the teacher’s role and responsibilities. This includes how to plan a lesson, encourage and involve all students to motivate their studies and learning, how to assess your learners progression using different methods and the significance of record keeping this progress You will be playing a vital role to your students so the right abilities for this is important. After course completion you will be issued with a nation PTLLS 6302 award which allows you to teach over 16’s in a workplace or college.
